Senior Functional Consultant – SAGE 300
As a Senior Functional Consultant for SAGE 300, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAGE 300 ERP solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful deployment and optimization of the SAGE 300 system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client needs and requirements.
- Configure and customize SAGE 300 ERP modules to meet client specifications.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAGE 300 functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAGE 300 implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Prepare documentation and reports as required.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP application installations and configuration, particularly with Sage X3, Infor, IFS, Oracle EBS, SAP, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, Acumatica, Sage 300.
- Strong understanding of SAGE 300 modules, including Financials, Inventory, and Order Entry.
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in SAGE 300 is an added advantage in Finance and Distribution.
